All regulatory documents are available for download below. These are required under SEBI (Portfolio Managers) Regulations, 2020 and must be read before investing.

Direct On-Boarding

Clients may on-board directly with Cresana Wealth Managers Private Limited without any distributor, agent, or intermediary. No charges are levied beyond statutory charges applicable under SEBI regulations.

Grievance Redressal

To lodge a complaint, email compliance@cresanawealth.com (Krutika Mehta, Compliance Officer) with subject line “Client Grievance”. We will acknowledge within 3 business days and resolve within 21 days per Clause 15.1 of the PMS Agreement.

SCORES is a centralised online complaint redress system operated by SEBI, through which investors can lodge complaints against portfolio managers and track resolution status online.

SCORES mobile app: available on App Store and Play Store.

SEBI escalation: Office of Investor Assistance and Education, SEBI Bhavan, Plot No. C4-A, G Block, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra (E), Mumbai — 400051.

Unresolved disputes are subject to arbitration in Mumbai under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 per Clause 15.3 of the PMS Agreement.

Monthly Investor Complaint Data

Investor complaint data is disclosed on a monthly basis in the SEBI-prescribed Annexure B format, updated by the 7th of each succeeding month. The current complaint status report is available for download below.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. Write to compliance@cresanawealth.com. We will respond within 30 days.
